Chapter Abstract: This is clip 11 of 26 for this video. Everybody has a role in recycling. Consumers must realize that the value of materials does not pay for the service of recycling. Recycling service providers must help the community make informed decisions on recycling programs. Manufacturers must become part of the process of using recycled and recyclable materials. Government must listen to consumers and industry needs to implement recycling. All must work together to make recycling succeed.
