Chapter Abstract: This is clip 14 of 26 for this video. John Deere started a partnership with its vendors to receive parts in reusable containers. The containers not only reduce the cost of waste handling for John Deere, it also reduces the supply cost of the vendor. The vendor reuses all of the containers they receive from their suppliers. This system also acts as a good marketing tool in attracting new clients.
