Chapter Abstract: This is clip 23 of 26 for this video. They put together a team of leaders of the community in the development of these programs. This has contributed to its success. The plant employees have been very supportive of the programs. The company is also saving money by recycling instead of land filling. Industry must be a part of the solution. Industry should take the initiative to start programs such as this in the community. This is a model of a program that works.
