Chapter Abstract: This is clip 5 of 10 for this video. Step 4: Educate Organization. NBGS International designs and constructs water slides and props for amusement attractions. They started their environmental efforts by bringing in experts to educate their employees. Due to their use of solvents and urethanes, they saw immediate results. They have changed to VOC-free solvents and solid paints. There is an on-going effort to keep employees educated and involved in pollution prevention at their facility.
