The Merit Partnership is a unique joint venture between state and federal environmental agencies, private sector industry, and community representatives. The purpose of the partnership is to promote pollution prevention techniques that promote environmental quality as well as economic competitiveness. This video focuses on three pollution prevention projects at metal finishing facilities.
